March-April 2005 The Emergency Service Insurance Program (ESIP) will be sponsoring a rescue and firefighting educational program. A series of lectures will be given by Ted Halpin, Co-founder of FARMEDIC. The program will focus on topics associated with farm machinery extrication and farm rescue and firefighting.
