The Congressional Fire Services Institute
(CFSI) is once again prepapreing to
host the Annual National Fire &
Emergency Services Dinner and Seminars
in Washington, DC.
On April 6, 2006, the Congressional
Fire Services Institute (CFSI) will
host the 18th Annual National Fire and
Emergency Services Dinner and Seminars
in Washington, DC. It is an extraordinary
day of opportunities to engage Congressional
leaders and Administration officials
with fire service leaders in discussion
about federal programs and legislation
addressing the needs of local first
responders.
The reception begins at 5:00p.m. with
dinner at 7:00p.m.
The cost for attendance at the event
is as follows:
" Individual seats - $250
" Sponsors Table of 10 - $2,500
" Patrons Table of 10 - $5,000
" Benefactors Table of 10 - $10,000
The event will be held on Thursday,
April 6, 2006 at the Hilton Washington.
Throughout the day, CFSI will host
a series of seminars addressing issues
that directly relate to the safety of
first responders. These seminars will
be held on Capitol Hill and CFSI will
provde shuttle services back and forth
to make your visit more productive.
This is the fire services' day in Washington.
Prior to your visit, CFSI encourages
you to schedule meetings with your members
of Congress to exchange information
and share ideas on how the federal government
can address the challenges of the fire
services, both nationally and locally.
