The Galveston County Firefighter's Association (GCFFA) is hosting a seminar on leadership issues featuring Dr. Harry Carter on August 18th and 19th.

On Friday night, August 18, Dr. Harry Carter will visit with fire departments that have benefited from the Fire Act Grant Program. This will be an opportunity to discuss the Fire Act Grant and its future. This will be held at the College of the Mainland auditorium from 7pm until 10pm.

On Saturday the 19th Dr. Carter will speak on leadership issues including problem solving, communications and other leadership topics. This will also be at the College of the Mainland auditorium from 8am to 4pm. Lunch will be on your own and the fee for the seminar is $40.
