Scott & White Pre-Hospital Services is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Clinical Practice Supervisor. The Clinical Practice Supervisor is our training officer, working under the direction of our Clinical Manager.

The Clinical Practice Supervisor is responsible for:

" Monthly CME classes for PHS staff
" Training for affiliated FRO's
" New employee training and accreditation process
" Field training and evaluation of new and existing personnel
" Oversight of our FTO's

Qualifications include:

" Minimum of six years EMS experience, with at least two years supervisory experience
" Clinical quality management and/or training experience
" Paramedic certification/licensure, RN preferred
